Please read our return policy carefully before placing an order.

Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted only in the following cases:
• Damaged product received
• Wrong item received
• Missing item in the package

An unboxing video is mandatory for all claims.

The video must clearly show:
• The sealed package
• Full unboxing process
• The issue with the product

Claims without a proper unboxing video may not be accepted.

Replacement Policy

In eligible cases, we provide a replacement product. Refunds are not available.

Return requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.

To request a replacement, email us at support@sorve.in with:
• Order ID
• Clear product photos
• Unboxing video

Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear are not eligible for replacement.
